The redhead grunted in response, unsure what to say. He looked away, and said: “No… I don’t know… Like I said… I’ll be fine…” Tears welled up in his eyes, as he thought back on the past four months. On the pain. On the sadness. On the anger and on the emptiness he felt after being tortured for…

Axel shrugged, and hid his face in his hands. “I don’t know… I don’t know what to do anymore… Lola.. I’m scared… What if he kills me? What if he kills /you/?! I won’t be able to handle that!” He started to sob again, unsure what to do with himself.

Lola pulled Axel closer to herself. “Axel, we can figure this out, okay?” She gently wiped away Axel’s tears with her sleeve. “We’ll move far away, some place Xemnas can’t find us.”

Axel flew himself around the girl, holding her tight, sighing deeply. “Where do you want to go? I ran from him for so many years, and he had always found me… How will this be different?” He whispered, negativity storming in his head.

"The difference is you have me, and I’m very good at hiding." She gently stroked his hair. "Remember before we started dating? No one could find me for two years."

The redhead nodded relucatantly. “Yeah… You’re right… Okay… But were should we go?” He got up and wiped his tears. “You have any idea of a place to go?”

"I was going back to my old apartment in Traverse Town. Maybe we could stay there for a week, gather our bearings, and find a better hiding spot?" Lola wrapped her arms Axel’s neck. She looked over at the boxes and sighed. "I don’t think we’ll be able to take our stuff with us.

Axel held the girl tight, burying his face in her long hair. “That’s a good plan. We can take our stuff to Traverse Town, ask Cid to keep an eye out for it, and when things are calmed down, we can go back…” He sighed, hiding the fact he was about to cry in her green locks. “Lola… I’m so sorry… I’m so sorry I left… I’m so sorry you have to run, have to hide again… I’m so sorry for ruining your life…”

Lola sat up and looked Axel directly in the eyes. “You did NOT ruin my life Axel. You have saved it many more times then I can count. Everyone has their faults and I’ll stick through your’s like you’ve stuck through mine.” She gently kissed him on the lips. “I love you.”

Axel still had tears running down his cheeks, not able to look into Lola’s eyes. “I guess… It just sucks we have to run again… And I have the feeling it’s all because of me… All because I turned away from the group I belonged to…”

Lola held Axel’s head between her hands. “You do NOT belong with them.” She gently wiped his tears away.

darekaroxas started following you

Lola glanced over at the blond, hoping to not make eye contact. “H-hello.”

Lola twirled around Merlin’s old home in Traverse Town as she cleaned up. Since he had moved back to Radiant Gardens, Merlin gave the run down little house to her. Mickey wanted her to stay in Traverse Town even though the threat of nobodies and heartless wasn’t high anymore….

Lola threw a couple trash bags of rubble right next to the front door, which now worked. ‘It’s almost livable’. She turned on the last lights, hoping it wouldn’t attract to many interested visitors.

Lola twirled around Merlin’s old home in Traverse Town as she cleaned up. Since he had moved back to Radiant Gardens, Merlin gave the run down little house to her. Mickey wanted her to stay in Traverse Town even though the threat of nobodies and heartless wasn’t high anymore. Traverse Town seemed to always be one of the first worlds affected when something bad happened. Lola didn’t mind staying here. It was much less busy and crowded then the castle and it was easier to navigate around.

Plus no one really new about house. The magic door also kept away unwanted visitors. It was the perfect home for the mage. It gave her lots of space to practice her magic. And today she was using it to fix up her new home.

It was a perfect day with no distractions.
